Web Developer looking for a job in Aberdeen?

Due to increased workload we are hiring.

We are looking for a freelancer based locally in Aberdeen, who has experience and skills in php/ mysql and jQuery. Competence in Magento, Expression Engine and WordPress would also be ideal.

Good communication skills a must. You don’t need to have worked on Twitter and we’d rather have someone that is willing and super keen to learn than someone who has been at the same level for years.

If interested please send your personal url and a paragraph in which describes what makes you different.  .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am wondering if the vacancy is available, as i would like to apply for a web developer.

This year I am graduating from Tallinn IT College, with a developer degree and in June I am going to study in Aberdeen University for Artificial Intelligence.

I speak and write fluent English, Estonian and Russian. I have an experience working with PHP (Apache server), MySQL, Java, C #, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, SSI and a little bit Visual Basic. I tried working with AppleScript and Flash 8 on Mac OS X 10.5 and had an experience with administrating the server on Linux Fedora and Ubuntu 10.10. Also I am fluent with any pc hardware; I can build myself any pc or laptop.

For two years I have experience working in Tallinn as a system administrator in small company called OÜ Sollyna, where I just controlled the status of local pc, network and website.

For half a year a have a good practical experience in my own college as a web developer while working on some project where user can purchase an apple products on website, which was looked like a MAC OS desktop with drag & drop windows via AJAX.

Now I am working on my own project trying to develop on PHP multi-lingual ishop (MVC system) with Oracle database and handmade Java CMS.

I am a capable, friendly, cooperative person with good communication skills and I am eager to gain more experience and knowledge related to programming.

I expect that my educational background and programming skills match your requirements. I can enclose my C.V. and would be glad to supply any additional information which you may need. I would very much appreciate every opportunity to work with your company.

I would be glad if you have time to reply me.

Yours faithfully,
Alex Vahrushev
